Frozen bananas (peel them first; then freeze them in plastic wrap) |

Habanero (I used a frozen one without the placenta) |

Chopped fresh ginger |

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all of the above in a blender until smooth. Add more milk if you
prefer a more liquid result. My batch made almost exactly 2 full glasses'
worth.
As long as you're drinking it, the heat level is mild. As soon as you
stop... it gets a little hotter.
For those who may care, the "old favorite" that this is a version of is
exactly the same as the above recipe except without the cardammon,
habanero, ginger, and honey. It's still great like that.
Note: I'm home sick today, and as a potentially palliative measure made the
following version of one of my old favorites. It seems to be working. At
least I can breathe through my nose now.
