INSTRUCTIONS
Run boiling water over beef and let stand a few minutes before draining to
get rid of some of the salt. Place cream cheese and milk in a double
boiler. Blend until creamy. Add more milk if it is too thick. Add sauces to
taste. Chop beef and add to cheese mixture. Serve in a chafing dish with
crackers, celery, anything to "dip".
Serves 10.
