INSTRUCTIONS
In a large soup pan, add onions, carrots, beets and broth. Bring to a boil
and cook until beets are crisp-tender. Add cabbage, and cook until
softened. Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with
caraway seeds. Serve.
