INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare broccoli according to package directions. Place hot, cooked
broccoli in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Immediately add remaining ingredients. Cover and process until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate to reheat
and serve later.
To reheat, place mixture in saucepan over low heat and heat just until hot,
about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Or place in a microwave-safe bowl
and cover loosely with waxed paper. Cook on 100% power for 1 to 3 minutes,
or until heated through, stirring once. Makes 1-1/2 cups (2 Tablespoons per
serving).
