Ripe bananas; peeled, halved, and cut lengthways |

Splash of rum to flame |
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter and saut. bananas until they soften. Add cinnamon and sugar and
stir until sugar caramelises. Splash in brandy, flame the bananas, turn
down the lights, and watch some magic.
