INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Bacon
2 c Water
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Vinegar
1/4 c Flour
1 Egg
Lettuce
Onion; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
REST
Break up lettuce and onion, place in serving bowl and set aside. To make
dressing, cook bacon, drain and add water. Mix together sugar, vinegar,
flour and egg. Pour into water and bacon, cook until thick. Pour dressing
over lettuce while still hot, serve immediately.
