INGREDIENTS

1 c Mayonnaise, preferably Hellmans
1/2 c Prepared mustard
1/2 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Paprika
1 ts Cayenne

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl with a fork until well
= blended. This recipe makes enough sauce for dipping approximately 3
pounds= of fried fish fillets.  Adjust heat level by adding more or less
cayenne= to taste.
