Ingredients: 3 ts Salt; 3 Garlic cloves.

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill jar with whole peppers (stem and seed removed).Fill up with a mixture
of good wine vinegar
: water, equal parts. Sterilize in boiling water bath (big pot) for 20-30
min.
