INGREDIENTS

1 c Sugar
1 c Water
2 Sticks cinnamon
1/2 c Orange juice
1/2 c Pineapple juice
1/4 c Freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 c Water
6 Tea bags -or-
6 tb Tea

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, water, and cinnamon, and boil for 5 minutes. Add fruit
juices and tea made by steeping tea bags in hot water 5 minutes. Grated
rind may be added, if desired. For a mild cinnamon flavor, remove sticks
from syrup before adding juices and tea. Serve piping hot. Yield: 10 to 12
servings.
