INGREDIENTS

1 Bag spinach; –rinse and tear
5 sl Bacon
1 tb Mustard
5 tb Brown sugar
1 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
3 Shots Tabasco sauce
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Lemon juice
4 Whole mushroom; sliced–optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Dice and fry bacon.
2. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until boiling and thick.
3. Add lemon and vinegar. Boil.
4. Pour over spinach. Add sliced mushrooms. Toss.
