Meats Dutch Meat 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

400 g Thin flank steak
Salt
3/16 kg Carrots
1 1/2 kg Onions
2 kg Potatoes
80 g Butter or margarine

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-cook meat for 2-3 hours in water with salt. Clean carrots, cut them in
little pieces. Peel, wash & cut onion & add with potatoes & carrots to the
meat. Cook all together until done, about 30 mintues. Remove the meat. Mash
& mix the vegetables. Dot with butter or margarine. Dutch wintertime
recipe.
