INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
In a large saucepan, combine apples, water, butter, cinnamon and
nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or
until apples are tender. Stir in gelatin and pudding, bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, let stand 5-6 minutes. Pour into shell. Add topping over
filling. Chill 3-4 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
