Stick butter; melted |
INSTRUCTIONS
Butter 7x12 baking dish. Spread apples evenly on bottom of dish and
sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. To make batter, beat egg well; add 1 cup sugar
slowly, beating constantly. Stir in butter. Add flour and lemon juice. Mix
well. Drop by spoonful over apples. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Serve warm
with ice cream.
