INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375 degrees Grease pie plate, 9x1-1/4 inches. Rinse peas
under cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Place peas, pimiento and
ham in plate. Beat half and half, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper
until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand
beater. Pour in plate; sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake until
knife inserted in center comes out clean., about 35 min. 4 servings.
Note: High altitude directions 3500 to 6500 feet increase half and
