Shredded cheese (Tillamook is best!) |

Ham or cooked bacon |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients except cheese and meat in blender container. Whir a
few seconds to mix. Pour into greased 9-inch piepan. Sprinkle meat and
cheese on top and push down into mixture with back of spoon. Bake at 350
degrees for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown on top. Optional: Add
sliced mushrooms and/or chopped green onions with meat.
This recipe was given to me by a friend, and it is really, really good.
