1 c Chopped broccoli, cooked
1 c Ham, cubed
1/2 c Onion, chopped
1/2 c Green pepper, chopped
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c Milk
3/4 c Bisquick¨ baking mix
3 Eggs
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 400. Grease a 10" pie plate. Place ham, veggies and
cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender or mixer
til smooth. Pour over veggie mixture in pie plate. Bake 35-40 min. or
til knife comes out clean from center. Let stand 5 minutes prior to
serving.  Per serving: 1552 Calories; 90g Fat (52% calories from fat);
91g  Protein; 96g Carbohydrate; 798mg Cholesterol; 6094mg Sodium Posted
