INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl combine the flours with the cumin and curry powder.
Make a well in the middle and add the salt, egg, yoghurt, oil and water and
mix to a smooth dough.
Knead for 5 minutes, then allow to rest for 30 minutes.
