INSTRUCTIONS
Reserve 1 cup berries for garnish. In nonaluminum saucepan, combine
remaining berries, sugar and lemon juice; cover and cook over medium-low
heat, stirring occasionally, for 7 to 10 minutes or until softened and
juicy but not mushy.
Cut each ladyfinger into thirds; place 2 pieces in each of six 3/4 cup
stemmed glasses. Spoon scant 1/4 cup fruit mixture over top. Repeat layers
twice, pressing with back of spoon.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 1 day. Let stand at
room temperature for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with reserved berries.
