INSTRUCTIONS

FOLLOW STEP ONE (1) OF C-13 OF ARMED FORCES RECIPE SERVICE
GALLONS OF COLD WATER. DISSOLVE 8 CUPS OF SUGAR IN 1/2 GALLON OF HOT
WATER AND ADD TO TEA. THIS WILL YIELD 8 GALLONS OF SWEET TEA. TEA WILL
NOT BE MIXED IN DISPENSERS. BOTH SWEET AND UNSWEETENED TEA SHOULD BE
AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE SERVING PERIOD. REPLENISH TEA IN SMALL AMOUNTS
AS NEEDED. THE TIME REMAINING TO SERVE SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO
CONSIDERATION WHEN REPLENISHING THE SERVING LINE. AFTER SERVING
AMOUNT USED WILL BE ENTERED ON THE KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETURN
WORKSHEET.
