INGREDIENTS

| 1 1/2 | c | Powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | c | Irish cream liqueur |
| 1/2 | c | Vanilla ice cream; softened |
| 1/4 | c | Margarine or butter; softend |
| 1 | ts | Cinnamon |
INSTRUCTIONS
In blender or food processor with metal blade, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend at medium-low speed until smooth. Pour into freezer container. Freeze at least several hours before using. To serve, stir 2 level tsp of mix into 6 oz hot coffee. Mix can be stored in freezer for several months. Makes 1-2/3 cups mix.
