INSTRUCTIONS
Mix: Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Irish Soda Bread: Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9" springform
pan. Cut butter into mix. Add eggs and buttermilk, stir until smooth. Pour
into pan and bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes
out clean. Serve warm.
