Ingredients: 1 Chicken (2 1/2-3 lb) cut up; 1/2 c Mayonnaise; 1 1/4 c Italian seasoned bread; Crumbs

INGREDIENTS

1		Chicken (2 1/2-3 lb) cut up
1/2	c	Mayonnaise
1 1/4	c	Italian seasoned bread
		Crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Brush chicken with mayonnaise. Place bread crumbs in a large plastic
bag. Add chicken 1 piece at a time; shake to coat well. Place on rack
in broiler pan. Bake in 425 oven about 40 minutes or until golden
brown.
