INSTRUCTIONS
in an 11x7 inch baking dish, combine beans, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, brown
sugar, rum, onion, instant coffee, and mustard. Let stand at room
temparature 1 hour. Arrange bacon slices on top of beans and pineapple
slices on top of bacon.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 F for 1 1/2 hours.
