INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken,
garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until no
pink remains in the chicken, stirring occasionally. Add the orange, lemon
and lime juices and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens
slightly. Sprinkle with the parsley, toss and serve.
