Eggs Italian Cookies, To send, To try 60 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 c Butter; softened
3 Eggs
5 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 ts Anise Flavor Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

About 1 1/2 hours before serving or up to 2 weeks ahead:
Into large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at low speed, beat
ingredients til well blended.
Preheat oven to 400. Shape 1 heaping teaspoonful of dough into 1 1/2" oval.
Repeat with remaining dough, placing cookies 1" apart on ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake 10 min. or til cookies are lightly browned. Remove cookies to
wire racks; cool; store in tightly covered containers.
