INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle 1/2 c onions in baking pan. Place fillets over onions. Cover with
remaining onions, celery, parsley, salt and pepper. Add enough water to
cover fish; pour in oil. Arrange potatoes around fillets; turn potatoes to
coat with liquid. Pour tomato sauce over mixture in casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until fillets and potatoes are tender.
