INSTRUCTIONS
Heat pressure cookler. Add oil; saute garlic and cauliflowerts. Add salt
and tomato juice. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent
pipe. Cook for 2 minutes. Cool pressure cooker at once. Sprinkle parsley
and cheese over top. Makes 4-6 servings. MC formatting and posted on TNT by

NOTES : Cook no longer than the two minutes in recipe. Cauliflower is
perfectly done. Very tasty dish.
