1/2 c Vinegar
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 T Sugar
2 t Salt
1 t Celery Salt
1/2 t White Pepper
1/2 t Dry Mustard
1/4 t Paprika
1 Garlic Clove, Minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until
combined. Chill before serving.  Makes 1 3/4 cups.  File
