INSTRUCTIONS
Combine green pepper, onion, butter and frozen mixed vegetables in a 3
quart casserole. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high (100%) 8
minutes, stirring half way through the cooking time. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Microwave at high (1 00%) until bubbly and heated through, 5
to 7 minutes. Serve over hot rice or noodles. Makes 6 servings.
