Boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 450 F. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick
spray. In a samll bowl combine cornflake crumbs, spices and cheese; mix
well. In another bowl, beat egg whites and water until frothy. Using a
fork, dip chicken, one piece at a time into egg and water mixture. Drip off
excess into bowl. Place on greased baking pan and sprinkle with crumb
mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes oru ntil chicken is tender and juice runs
clear. Serves 8 * Note: the amount of cheese was lost from this recipe. I
am estimating, based on other similar recipes.
