INGREDIENTS

Cooked spaghetti |

Pepperoni; cut in half |

Mozzarella cheese; cubed |
|
|
Fresh mushrooms; quartered |

|
Broccoli; flowerets |
|
|
Carrots; julienned |
|
|
Sliced black olives; drained |
|
|
Berstiens Garlic Cheese Italian dressing |
|
|
OR 2 packages Good Seasons dressing |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the spaghetti. Rinse and drain. Set aside to cool. Prepare all of the
other ingredients. Combine with spaghetti and add dressing. Refrigerate for
several hours before serving to let marinate.
Note: This is the way I received the recipe, with no amounts. You just make
how much you want, and put in how much you want. This salad is excellent.
As for the salad dressing, sometimes this Bernsteins is hard to find here,
so there are several Good Seasons packages to combine to get the same
effect.
