Ingredients: 2 1/2 tb Salt; 1 c Ice cold water; 1/2 tb Fennel seeds; 1 ts Black pepper; 1/2 tb Sugar; 1 1/2 ts Crushed dried hot peppers; 1/2 ts Caraway seeds; 1/2 tb Coriander seeds; 5 lb Pork meat (not too lean)

INSTRUCTIONS

Ground the pork meat. Combine all the spices, using a coffee grinder to
crush the seeds. Mix all ingrendients. Put into small hog casing. Cook on a
hot grill.
