Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise |

Assorted vegetables, such as – |

Broccoli florets,carrot sticks, mushrooms, |
|
|
Green or red pepper strips, yellow squash |
|
|
And/or zucchini strips |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag,
shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and
shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb
mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so
that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 6 to 8
servings.
