Italian Sauce 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (35-oz) whole tomatoes
4 tb Parsley; chopped
4 tb Basil chopped
1 ts Garlic salt (I use garlic powder)
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper
2 tb Olive oil
1 Onion minced
1/2 ts Oregano
1 tb Capers; packed in salt, rinsed (I leave thse out)
1 ts Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients. Crush down tomatoes.
2. Boil quickly to reduce liquid. Cook to desired consistency
This sauce may be used on pizza; or it may be combined with cooked
vegetables, or with a combination of cooked vegetables and cooked meat.
