INGREDIENTS

1 Portion Curry Gravy (see above)
1 sm Onion, finely chopped
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
Mustard or vegetable oil
1 lb (450-675g) cooked beef, lamb or chicken etc (up to 1-1/2)
8 oz (225g) cooked vegetable (roast or boiled potatoes, peas, carrots etc), up to
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil until golden.
2. Add all the other ingredients to the pan. Mix well and heat thoroughly,
over a gentle to medium heat.
Serve with rice, chupattis, naan, pickles or whatever (even plain old bread
is good)
