INGREDIENTS

4 c Frozen cranberries; finely chopped
4 ts Freshly grated peeled ginger
2 Jalapenos; seeded and chopped (up to 3)
1/4 c Red onion; chopped
4 tb Lime juice
1 c Orange sections; diced
1 c Celery; chopped
1 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients. (For milder version, use fewer jalapenos)
Refrigerate relish. Makes 2 pints.
