INSTRUCTIONS

Drain the jalapenos, reserving the juice. Remove seeds from the peppers.
Grind the jalapenos along with some of the juice in a blender or food
processor. Add to the milk and soak the chicken in the mixture for at least
4 hours. Drain. Dredge the chicken in flour seasoned with salt and paprika
and fry as you would regular Southern fried chicken. For a party, you can
use drumettes or chicken bits. Serves 2 to 4
