INSTRUCTIONS
OVEN: 350 degrees F Grease an 8-inch square pan.
Prepare 1 recipe of Passover Cookie Dough (see recipe).
Press half the dough into prepared pan. Cover evenly with preserves, nuts
and raisins.
Roll remaining dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.
Remove plastic and place dough over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
