INSTRUCTIONS
Add the flowers and sugar to the boiling water, stirring while the mixture
boils for a minute. Pour the mixture into a noncorroxive bowl and steep for
2 hours. Strian through a sieve, pressing on the flowers to extract as much
liquid as possible. Taste for strength and sweetness. If it is to pungent,
add water; if to tart, add sugar. Cover and refrigerate, stored in a
noncorrosive container, until time to serve NOTE: Jamaica flowers can
usually be obtained from a good mexican grocery store.
