INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the cream cheese, stilton and cream then mix in a bowl until
smooth. Add the port, mix in gently, then add the celery, nuts and pear and
mix well, taking care not to over mix and damage the fruit and nuts.
Place the pate into a small dish, smooth the surface using the back of
metal spoon and place in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour. Garnish
with walnuts and slice. Serve with crusty bread salad.
