INSTRUCTIONS
The Fruit: Mix in baking dish (cast iron skillet). Dot with butter. Bake fruit mixture 20 minutes at 425 degrees. 2. The Cobbler Dough: Using fingers, cut butter into dry ingredients by hand (or, alternatively, use a pastry blender). Add buttermilk and barely mix to combine.
