INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except the water and chicken
together in a small bowl. Pour over chicken and add the water. Cook
uncovered for approximately one and a half hours, or until chicken is
tender basting every 20 minutes.
Serve over pasta or rice.
