INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 Mint leaves plus more for garnish; (3 to 4)
Ice
Club soda
Lemon wheels
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Water

INSTRUCTIONS

SIMPLE SYRUP
In a mixing glass, gently muddle simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon
juice, and 3 or 4 mint leaves.
Fill pint glass with ice. Shake all ingredients well and strain using a
spring strainer over fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with fresh
mint leaves and a lemon wheel.
