| 12 | Eggs — beaten | |
| 2 | c | Longhorn cheese — grated |
| 1 | pt | Sour cream |
| 2 | c | Ham; cooked — chopped |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs, sour cream and salt until creamy. Fold 1 1/2 cups of cheese, reserve 1/2 cup, and ham into mixture. Pour into greased 9x13-inch Pyrex dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
