1/4 | c | Graham cracker crumbs |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | T | Sugar |
3 | T | Corn Flour, Sifted |
30 | oz | Cream cheese, Softened |
1 | Egg | |
1/4 | c | Heavy cream, Whipped |
3/4 | t | Vanilla extract |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350øF. Butter an 8 inch Pan. Coat the bottom of pan with crumbs & refrigerate. In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Beat in cream cheese, then egg. Add heavy cream beating constantly. Add vanilla and beat well. Pour into pan.
