INSTRUCTIONS

egg yolks and cream. Add flour, raisins and a bit of sugar. Beat egg
whites until a stiff froth and add to previous mixture. Melt butter in
omelet pan. When hot, pour in mixture and cook like making an omelet
(though don't fold it!). Brown slightly on both sides, then place on a
pre-heated dish. With several forks, pull it apart into pieces and
