INSTRUCTIONS
Melt white chocolate in microwave, some small lumps should remain. Stir in
mints and food coloring until well blended. Pour onto aluminum foil. When
cool and set, break into pieces.
NOTES: I used more than 4 drops of food coloring to get the pink color I
wanted. I have also used green food coloring and I'm sure any color would
work.
Instead of pouring onto aluminum foil you can put in candy molds.
