3/4 c Cranberry juice cocktail or apple juice
1/3 c Golden Delicious applesauce
1/3 c Dark brown sugar
1/4 c White vinegar
2 tb Honey
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Butter
1 tb Yellow mustard
2 ts Lemon juice
1 tb Ancho Chili seasoning
2 ts Chicken bouillon
1 1/2 ts Black pepper
1 ts Celery seed
1/2 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Cayenne
1/4 ts Roasted garlic powder
1/8 ts Mace

INSTRUCTIONS

The following is an excellent third generation version of Paul Kirk's
Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce. Give it a try and post your opinion along
with another recipe. They don't put recipe folders in coffin's folks. Share
what you know. Learn what you don't.
Bring to a boil then simmer to desired consistency. This is an excellent
thin sauce - BEST SERVED HOT!!
