INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together oil, both sugars, egg, applesauce & vanilla until blended.
Whisk in cocoa until blended. Stir in flour, salt & baking powder until
combined.
Pour into an 8 x 8 square baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake
at 375 F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle brownies evenly with chips &
marshmallows. Return to oven & bake until marshmallows are lightly golden &
a small knife inserted in the center comes out clean (about 5-8 minutes).
Cool in pan on a wire rack.
