INGREDIENTS

10 tb Bourbon
5 tb Low sodium soy sauce
2 tb White wine vinegar
2 tb Canola oil — * see note
1/2 ts Lemon pepper
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Garlic powder
OR 1 garlic clove —
Crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

* Use a mixture of oils if you wish, or just regular vegetable oil.
Mix all the ingredients. Marinate steaks for at least 2 hours but
preferably longer. Grill the steaks over an outdoor grill for best flavor
(and to tempt your neighbors with the wonderful smell).
Yield: 1-1/2 cups marinade.
